This website will be the home of my yearlong senior thesis project spanning the Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 semesters.  My thesis will focus on the structural components of a 24 story mixed use building.  The first 6 floors of this building are dedicated to a neighboring high school while the remaining floors will be luxury condos which cantilever over existing buildings on two sides to gain extra floor area.

During the Fall 2015 semester I will be analyzing existing conditions while exploring ideas for alternate systems.  At the beginning of the Spring 2016 semester I will propose a redesign of the current building which I will then analyze and compare and contrast with the actual design.
